Configured the below mentioned details in .server file

<!-- Remote debugging configuration -->
        <RulesServiceDebugConfig>
            <ConnectionContextFactoryClass>com.sun.jndi.rmi.registry.RegistryContextFactory</ConnectionContextFactoryClass>
            <ConnectionHost>localhost</ConnectionHost>
            <ConnectionName>WCIDebugMode</ConnectionName>
            <ConnectionPort>1099</ConnectionPort>
            <ConnectionProtocol>rmi</ConnectionProtocol>
            <DebuggingEnabled>true</DebuggingEnabled>
            <FailedConnectionPolicy>0</FailedConnectionPolicy>
        </RulesServiceDebugConfig>

When I try to start the debug mode in Eclipse I am getting below issue. Can anyone help me in resolving it,
