Issues using XPRBprob.getNumIIS()

In one of our product instance which we still support, we use the dash version -

FICO Xpress 7.0.2

Xpress-Optimizer       20.00.21
Xpress-BCL             4.2.3

Any calls that are made to the native method XPRBprob.getNumIIS() crashes the app server.

Here is the thread stack trace

This also happens in Xpress-MP 2008A.1.

This occurs when the MIP status is infeasible and when we try to print the Irreducible Infeasible Set.  Are the methods getNumIIS() and getIIS() deprecated ? Is there any other way to achieve this(printing IIS)? Please help us in this regard.

Thanks.
