I've a default format of mm dd yyyy . Is it possible to change format it as dd mm yyyy
Use format function to format the date. Something like below.
date1 is a date initially calendar().currentDate();aNewDate is a string initially date1.format("dd MM yyyy"));
Hope this helps!
Thanks for ur reply Suman..
You are mentioning the date format is to display the system date..
But my actual problem is, i'm getting the date as input from UI in which the user enter the date as dd mm yyyy format but blaze mistakenly understanding as mm dd yyyy.
date.format() is helpful for displaying format oly.
how can i change as dd mm yyyy to understand as same format for further calculation.
Thanks & Regards,
If you are developing an RMA, you can change the project defaults from the project menu. I think the menu item is called "project settings".
Please note that you are changing the default date pattern for all literal dates in your entire project by doing this.
