While developing ruleflow in RMA, split is used. When trying to give condition in Branches it is giving error that real[CFlag] and undefined are incompatible data types. Please help with this issue.
The other side of the problem could a complaint that the value in CFlag is unknown, and it is being compared to a number. When you create a variable in Blaze Advisor, by default it is given a special value of unknown until you give it an explicit value, and it throws an error if you try to compare that special value to a real. You can either ensure that the value is getting set before you reach the branch, or do an initial test that CFlag != unknown before you try testing its value against a number.
I'm not sure how you got it to say that it is equal to 00, when I enter that, it automatically corrects it to 0. I'm guessing we are looking at different versions of the product. I would change it to 0 or 0.0 and see if the error goes away.
I have tried with 0,1 and 0.0 1.0 but it does not work.
Is there some external setting that is required to be done for Rule builder in RMA?
I am currently using 7.4 version.
I have already declared CFlag as real and intialized it with 0. But still the error persists.
I have done the same thing on UAT Server then it worked. On UAT Blaze was installed by FICO team.
But in production it is not working. In Production Blaze was installed by our company.
Hence i think there is some external thing that needs to be done in Blaze.
Please help with the issue as BU not able to use ruleflow through RMA.
If it works in one environment and not in another, then it sounds like there is a problem with the environment set up and you should probably send a case in to FICO Support: http://www.fico.com/en/product-support
