Blaze 7.3 Using SVN Repository

I am unable to download the jars needed from http://www.svnkit.com/org.tmatesoft.svn_1.7.13.standalone.nojna.zip (I get a Connection refused).  I then tried using  http://search.maven.org/  to locate the 1.7.1x related jars, but my closest option is 1.7.11.  Do you have any other suggestions on how to get these jars:

svnkit-1.7.13.jar

svnkit-cli-1.7.13.jar

svnkit-javah16-1.7.13.jar

These are stated as Prerequisites for Creating a Subversion Repository in Blaze Advisor on page 254 of ManagingRepositories.pdf.

Since I did not receive any responses, my SVN Administrator recommended downloading 1.8.2 jars (which were available) since they are supposed to be backwards compatible.

My next question - is there an example of a SVN repository that is already built within any of the FICO Blaze Advisor coding samples?  We are trying to move away from BVS (at least for our technical components) and I am having a hard time relating how to run our adb compile scripts in this new SVN environment.  Does anyone have any words of wisdom?
