setting / verifying classpath

I have been tasked with adding additional rules to an existing Blaze Advisor project. To develop and test my rules I made a local copy of the repository. After opening the project locally Blaze complained that it could not find the required dlls for the .net BOMs the project contained. To resolve the issue I rebuilt the .net dlls, to which the BOM referred, and re-imported them through the .net object model wizard. After which, Blaze still complained that it could not find the dll files in the  blaze applications folder, at which point  I moved a copy of the dlls there. I then closed and reopened the project. Blaze now complains,'Class <myclass> could not be found. Please verify it is on the classpath.’However the class that it mentions was one of the classes contained in the dll.

Does anyone know howto resolve this classpath issue?

I'm using  Blaze Advisor 6.1.8 for .NET
