Is there a way to use rule inheritance across rulesets?
Rules Premise Inheritance is the low level mechanism to refer to other rules in SRL.
If you need to refer to rules across rulesets in your Rules Maintenance Application (RMA) you could also use templates to achieve a similar behavior. We have implemented in many places the ability to copy, reference and override rules in the RMA.
You can define snippets of business rules and reuse them across the RMA.
Could you elaborate on how you intended to use Rules Premise Inheritance?

Thank you for the responses and tips to achieving similar behavior.
There are times where rule1 in ruleset1 could be inherited in ruleset2 with additional conditions. The two rules are categorized differently so they do not belong in the same ruleset.
I was just seeing if I was missing something, so I didn't have to duplicate that part of the logic. I can always create a function outside the conditional statement too.
Again, Thanks for the suggestions.
