COBOL Deployment for Decision Table with Date field

I am running into an issue when I try to deploy a business rule that has a date field in the decision table. I am unclear on how I would be able to keep the decision table with its date field so that the RMA will represent it like a date and how the decision table itself will hold a date, but then COBOL will use its PIC 9 CCYY-MM-DD version of date. I have absolutely no problem with this rule for the .NET deployment and I have a WCF service calling it successfully now.

Is there a transformation that happens in Blaze that can convert the decision table into something that COBOL could then check against? As in, is there a way for Blaze to take my date field and convert it into the CCYY-MM-DD COBOL compliant date representation?
