Marking Answers as Correct, Assumed Answered, and Helpful

  • A correct answer will be featured right under the question, making it the first answer a user sees.
  • You can make an assumed answered if there is no correct answer, but the question no longer needs a response.
  • If a question has an answer marked correct or assumed answered, Jive registers this question as answered and this contributes to tracking metrics.
  • Each question can have only one correct answer, but unlimited helpful answers

How to mark an answer:

Mark correct: Click Mark Correct in the top right corner of the body of an answer

Mark assumed answered: Click Mark as assumed answered in the bottom left under the body of a question

Mark helpful: Click Helpful in the bottom left under the body of an answer
