Marking Answers as Correct, Assumed Answered, and Helpful
- A correct answer will be featured right under the question, making it the first answer a user sees.
- You can make an assumed answered if there is no correct answer, but the question no longer needs a response.
- If a question has an answer marked correct or assumed answered, Jive registers this question as answered and this contributes to tracking metrics.
- Each question can have only one correct answer, but unlimited helpful answers
