Q. How does the RMA work with a private workspace repository? Does the RMA have to work off it's own private workspace  and if yes, does this private workspace have to refresh before any new changes from other users are made available through the RMA?  If refresh is required, can I automate this?

A. The Update command overwrites the files in your private BVS or CVS workspace with the latest version of files from the versioning service. You need to periodically update the files in your private workspace to get the latest versions of files checked in by other users. You can update the repository, a folder, or the individual items in a project folder. If you choose to update the repository, all of the items are updated recursively.

You can update an individual item or items in a directory of a private or local workspace using the NdRomAdminUtil utility. To update items, you use the command, update, reference an XML file for the workspace connection configuration, and specify the directory location and name of the file, if applicable, you want to update.
